happy little avocado cupcakes


these were for my father in law.
made from his delicious avocados.
avocados are heaven.

    I have just spent a ridiculous amount of time reading through old blog posts, admiring the yummy photos and licking my laptop screen. One of my daughters has a bday at the end of the month and we were JUST discussing what her bday goodie would be for the class this year (last year she opted for sprinkle donuts). Tomorrow I will show her your blog for inspiration! So much yumminess going on over here...! I'm your new #1 fan! :)
